1. Definitions

You should review the privacy policies of those providers independently. zsgame is not responsible for the data practices of external service providers beyond the scope of our contractual data processing agreements with them.

• Selfie or liveness check image where required for identity confirmation.
• JazzCash or EasyPaisa account confirmation screenshot (to verify payment ownership).

3.3 Financial & Transaction Data

• Deposit and withdrawal transaction records, including amounts, timestamps, and payment method reference numbers.
• JazzCash or EasyPaisa account number (truncated for security in stored records).
• Bank account name and account details (where bank transfer is used).
• PKR balance history and bonus credit/debit records.

3.4 Gaming Activity Data

• Game session logs including game type, wager amounts, outcomes, and timestamps.
• Sports betting slip data including event, market, stake, and settlement.
• VIP tier status, loyalty points balance, and tier progression history.
• Responsible gaming tool activations and self-exclusion records.

3.5 Technical & Device Data

• IP address and approximate geolocation derived from IP.
• Device type, operating system, and browser version.

• Payment Processors: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank receive transactional data necessary to process your deposits and withdrawals in PKR.
• Identity Verification Providers: KYC and age verification partners receive the identity documents you provide during Account verification. These providers are contractually bound to use this data solely for the verification purpose.
• Game Software Providers: Providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, and others may receive your anonymised session identifiers for the purpose of game round validation and audit trail maintenance.
• Fraud Prevention & Security: Anti-fraud technology partners may receive device fingerprints, IP data, and behavioural signals for the purpose of protecting the Platform and all its Players.

• Right to Object: You may object to processing based on legitimate interests, including profiling, and to the use of your data for direct marketing purposes.
• Right to Withdraw Consent: Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to withdrawal.

13. Children's Privacy

zsgame's mandatory KYC age verification process is designed to prevent underage access to the Platform. During registration, age is confirmed through CNIC verification and, where necessary, additional liveness checks. Accounts that cannot be verified as meeting the 21+ requirement are suspended and associated funds held pending satisfactory verification.

14. Marketing Communications

zsgame may send you promotional communications about bonuses, new game launches, PSL betting promotions, VIP programme updates, and other zsgame offers — but only where you have opted in during Account registration or subsequently updated your marketing preferences, or where we have a legitimate interest in marketing to existing Players that is not overridden by your right to privacy.

You can opt out of marketing communications at any time by:

• Updating your notification preferences within your zsgame Account settings.
• Clicking the unsubscribe link included in all zsgame email marketing communications.
• Contacting the zsgame support team and requesting removal from marketing communications.

Opting out of marketing communications does not affect your receipt of essential service communications such as deposit confirmations, withdrawal notifications, Account security alerts, and important policy update notifications. These service communications are necessary for the operation of your Account and cannot be disabled.

The zsgame Platform integrates with third-party services including payment gateways, identity verification tools, game content providers, and analytics platforms. These third parties may independently process Personal Data in accordance with their own privacy policies, which are separate from and independent of this Policy.

zsgame is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party providers beyond the scope of our data processing agreements with them. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, and other payment providers you use to access zsgame services, as these providers operate their own data processing activities when handling your payment transactions.

16. Amendments to This Policy

zsgame reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time. Revised versions will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where amendments are material — for example, involving new categories of Personal Data or new sharing arrangements — zsgame will notify you via your registered email address or through a notification on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the zsgame Platform after the effective date of any revised Privacy Policy constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with a revised Policy, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with the zsgame Terms & Conditions.
