By accessing the zsgame Platform, registering an Account, making a deposit, or placing any Wager, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms in their entirety and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms constitute a legally binding contract between you and zsgame.
If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a third party, you confirm that you have authority to bind that third party to these Terms. You further agree that your use of the Platform is entirely voluntary and that you understand the nature and rules of the games and services offered.

Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documents will result in your Account being suspended and your Real Money Balance being held pending verification. Each Player is permitted to maintain only one active Account on the zsgame Platform. Registering or operating more than one Account — whether under the same identity or otherwise — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. zsgame reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts, void all associated Wagers, and permanently suspend your access to the Platform in such circumstances.
zsgame reserves the right to request additional identity and payment verification documents at any time. Such documentation may include a copy of a valid National Identity Card (CNIC), passport, utility bill showing your registered address, or a screenshot confirming ownership of a JazzCash or EasyPaisa account registered in your name. zsgame may suspend withdrawal facilities until satisfactory KYC documentation has been received and verified.
All zsgame Accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits, withdrawals, Wager values, winnings, and all bonus amounts are expressed and settled in PKR. zsgame does not accept deposits in foreign currencies, and no currency conversion will be applied to Account balances.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your zsgame Login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. zsgame will never ask you for your password under any circumstances.
You agree to notify zsgame immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account. zsgame shall not be liable for any losses suffered as a result of unauthorised Account access where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to secure your login credentials.
zsgame recommends that all Players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via the Account Security settings. zsgame reserves the right to implement additional security checks, including mandatory re-verification, where unusual Account activity is detected.
Deposits to your zsgame Account may be made via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, or Meezan Bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. All deposits must be funded from a payment account held in your own name — third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Deposits are credited to your Real Money Balance upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider.
Withdrawal requests may only be made to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified payment account in your name. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. zsgame aims to process verified withdrawal requests within five business minutes to five business hours depending on the chosen payment method and account verification status.
zsgame reserves the right to delay processing of withdrawal requests pending completion of security and compliance checks. Any withdrawal request may be subject to review where the Account demonstrates unusual activity, incomplete KYC, or where zsgame has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.
Players are responsible for any transaction fees or charges levied by their payment provider in connection with deposits to or withdrawals from their zsgame Account. zsgame does not charge deposit or withdrawal processing fees, but cannot be held responsible for fees applied by JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or banking institutions.
zsgame offers a variety of promotional bonuses to both new and existing Players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer, as well as the general bonus terms set out herein.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus amounts credited to your Account are subject to a wagering requirement. You must wager the bonus amount the specified number of times using your Real Money Balance or Bonus Balance (as specified in the promotion terms) before the Bonus Balance or any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements are subject to expiry periods specified in each promotion. Unused bonus funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry without notice.
zsgame reserves the right to cancel any bonus, void associated winnings, and suspend or terminate an Account where it has reasonable grounds to believe a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim a bonus more than once, using low-risk or hedging strategies to meet wagering requirements, and any form of collusion with other Players to benefit from promotional offers.
Participation in the zsgame VIP Programme is by invitation or automatic tier progression based on wagering activity. VIP rewards, tier benefits, and Black Diamond privileges are at the sole discretion of zsgame and may be amended or withdrawn at any time without notice. VIP points have no monetary value outside of the zsgame Platform and cannot be transferred between Accounts or exchanged for cash.

zsgame's sportsbook covers cricket (including PSL and international fixtures), football, UFC, kabaddi, and additional sports markets as published on the Platform. Sports betting odds are subject to change at any time prior to settlement of a Wager.
Wagers are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. zsgame reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any Wager at its discretion, including where there is evidence of match manipulation, technical error in pricing, or extraordinary market conditions.
Live in-play Wagers are subject to brief delay between placement and acceptance to account for live data processing. During this period, odds may change, and your Wager may be accepted at revised odds or declined. You will be notified before any Wager is accepted at revised odds and will have the option to confirm or cancel.
Wagers are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant sporting body. In the case of PSL matches, the Pakistan Cricket Board's official match result is authoritative. For abandoned or suspended events, zsgame's settlement policy — published in the sportsbook help section — governs the treatment of affected Wagers.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the zsgame Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the zsgame Platform without the express prior written consent of zsgame. The zsgame name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of zsgame and may not be used in any manner without prior written authorisation.
zsgame's collection, use, storage, and sharing of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at zsgame.app/privacy-policy. By creating an Account and using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the Privacy Policy.

Where an Account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, zsgame reserves the right to forfeit the Account balance. Where an Account is closed for operational or compliance reasons unrelated to Player misconduct, any verified Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method following completion of applicable checks.
You may close your zsgame Account at any time by contacting support. Upon Account closure, all Bonus Balances are forfeited. Verified Real Money Balances will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method within the standard processing timeframe.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, zsgame's total liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

zsgame reserves the right to amend, revise, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, zsgame will endeavour to notify Players via the email address or mobile number registered to their Account. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 14.
In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, Wager settlement, withdrawal, or any other aspect of your use of the zsgame Platform, you should first contact zsgame's customer support team via live chat or email to the address published on the Platform. zsgame will endeavour to resolve all complaints within five business days of receipt.
If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through the internal complaints procedure, you may escalate the matter to zsgame's licensing authority in accordance with the escalation procedures provided in your complaint acknowledgement communication. The decision of the licensing authority shall, in respect of matters within its jurisdiction, be final and binding on zsgame.
You agree that, prior to initiating any formal legal proceedings, you will have exhausted the internal complaints and escalation procedures described herein. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent interlocutory relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which zsgame holds its international online gaming licence. To the extent permitted by law, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising out of these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the applicable laws of your country of residence. Where any provision of these Terms conflicts with mandatory consumer protection legislation applicable in your jurisdiction, the statutory provision shall prevail to the extent of the conflict.
